I was disappointment in the service. This is the first time I have felt this way.

I loved the customer service from Juan, but I don’t like the fact that I drove over an hour for a problem and the problem still exists.

Juan is great every time

When I arrived I told the service dept. I explained what was wrong with my truck. The write up gentleman quoted me a price for checking it out. I had to agree or they could not check it. The same problems were repaired two year ago, but after the repairs were done, I contacted Abdoul, who is now retired, indicated just bring it in. I was not informed I had a limited time. So, I was given aquote of $3500 because my warranty from the previous repairs had expired. Nick, the service manager took three days to call me after numerous times that I called him. He mumbles and talks to fast. He explained that they needed to change 3 parts, just what I explained to them. So, I didn't see why I should pay for what I told them was wrong. I don't know if he has any ASE Certifications, but it would be advisable that he should. I had my shop for 30 years and had 11 ASE certifications.. I would not have lasted 3 days, if handle my customers as I was handled. So, in summary, I lost trust in Bowers Chevy and will not return for any repairs or when I need a new truck.
