Timely service and heplful

My hitch cover came off while I was driving and I didn’t realize it till a week later. I brought it to parts and service and Jinky was amazing getting the part ordered, making sure it was the correct color, and keeping me updated when it came in. When I brought it back to have the hitch cover installed I mentioned I needed an oil change for our upcoming vacation and she made it was done and kept us updated about the service and how long it was going to take! This was the best experience I’ve had in a dealership!
